Why boys need to be sensitive?

 Nowadays in our society, boys aren't sensitive that is causing a variety of problems such as bullying, unequal women rights, and lack of empathy. For example, when a boy cries, people say boys don't cry. When I cry, my friends call me a loser.  When boys are insensitive, they think negative. For instance, boys think that girls cannot ride bikes. However, these things are not gender specific. 

I believe sensitive boys can bring a positive change in the society by empathizing with people in need of emotional support, respecting others point of you, and being resilient to cope with insensitivity around.
